Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Levant Fashion. We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please read this policy carefully — it states exactly where we ship, what it costs, and how long delivery takes. This policy applies to all orders placed on https://levantfashion.shop and matches the shipping settings in our store and advertising accounts.

1. Shipping Regions & Cost

Where We Ship: We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping Cost: Free delivery on all orders within Canada. There are no shipping charges at checkout.
Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Hidden Fees: We do not charge any membership or hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay for your order, including applicable taxes and free shipping.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please note our shipping timeframes:

Handling / Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: Approximately 6–10 business days from the date you place your order
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto). Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delivery may take slightly longer due to carrier delays, weather, remote locations, or high-volume periods (see Section 7).

3. Delivery Terms

We use UPS and other trusted couriers to deliver items securely within Canada.
Orders are shipped from our facility after the handling time above. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves us.
We do not offer local pickup at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your package at any time.
If your tracking shows no update for several days, or you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@levantfashion.shop.

5. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is already in transit.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

6. Multiple Addresses & Wrong Address

We do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs to reship the item. If you prefer not to reship, we will refund the item amount once the package is received back, following our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delayed Orders

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to the carrier, weather, or unforeseen logistics issues.
We will proactively notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond 11 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

8. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you are present at delivery: Please refuse the damaged package directly with the courier and notify us immediately.
If you were not present at delivery: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and send them to our support team at support@levantfashion.shop. We will resolve the issue under our Return & Refund Policy — including a free return, replacement, or full refund for the damaged item.
